Your Haven was formed on November 2020 and began operating in July 2021. It was founded by Sandie Shackelford, Steve Ward, Danielle Shchiffbauer, Angela Awalt, Gelon, Jennifer Dobbs, and a few other individuals who began having meetings on how to help their community and since it has assisted many people in discovering their self-directed path to recovery. Our team supports, encourages, and empowers those with substance use disorder, helping them overcome their symptoms and make positive changes for sustainable recovery and successful reintegration into the community. We offer various events, peer support groups, a re-entry program, and many additional resources.
